Started in 2019 in Lugoff by people who spent their careers in the dirt. Woman-owned, locally operated, and dedicated to building honest foundations.

We watched the same mistakes get made on too many projects in South Carolina: building pads cut by eye, runoff planned on the tailgate of a truck, and a handshake agreement that turned into a mountain of surprise change orders once the excavators dug in.
JT Lee operates differently. We walk the parcel before we submit an estimate. We verify the soil composition and rock depths. And we stand behind our compaction measurements so when the framing crew arrives, there are no excuses.
